📋 Description
• Lead discovery, problem definition and delivery of a functional area within a homebuilder product • Focus on configuration, integration and support of Oracle Cloud PPM and Procurement applications • Participate in the entire product lifecycle: planning, development, validation and support • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and other product owners • Define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver scalable products tailored to homebuilding industry • Identify and validate AI use cases that deliver measurable business value • Define and own the product roadmap for the functional area • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into user stories and features • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients • Prioritize product backlog and ensure timely delivery of product increments • Stay updated on industry trends and Oracle Cloud advancements • Plan for ongoing support and maintenance of the product
🎯 Requirements
• Certification in Oracle Cloud PPM • Experience in Oracle Cloud Financials or Procurement a plus • Background or experience working with or consulting homebuilder organizations or construction financials • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software product development (3+ years) • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Applications and PaaS Tools (Apex, VBCS, ATP) a plus • Understanding of Agile and SAFE methodology frameworks • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
