📋 Description

• Achieve and consistently exceed sales targets by driving demand for SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions. • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead qualification to closing, including complex, strategic deals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives; advise on CX strategies and business transformation. • Collaborate with pre-sales and demo teams to craft tailored value propositions addressing customer pain points. • Position SAP’s CX portfolio across commerce, service, marketing automation, and customer data platforms. • Stay current on customer engagement and digital experience trends; bring insights into client discussions to position SAP as market leader. • Drive measurable improvements in customer engagement and revenue growth through SAP CX implementations. • Leverage CX knowledge to show how SAP ERP foundation connects front-office experiences with back-office operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of proven field sales experience with a focus on B2B software sales, ideally in enterprise or customer engagement technology. • History of consistently overachieving sales targets (percent-to-goal performance, club awards, leaderboard rankings). • Expertise in managing complex sales cycles from qualification through to closing; ability to close large, strategic deals. • Proven experience engaging with and influencing C-level stakeholders to secure high-value business opportunities. • At least 2 years of experience in enterprise software sales (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Adobe, Microsoft, or VAR) required. • Ability to sell business value rather than product features; focus on CX transformation outcomes. • Comfortable collaborating with pre-sales and demo teams to craft tailored value propositions. • Skilled in guiding discovery sessions, navigating executive-level priorities, and aligning offerings to business needs. • Deep understanding of customer experience concepts: sales automation, service management, digital commerce, marketing automation, customer data management. • Prior experience selling or working with solutions designed to improve customer engagement and lifetime value. • Nice-to-have: customer-facing early career roles (retail, hospitality, call center, customer service). • Nice-to-have: athletic background (competitive sports) indicating resilience and competitiveness. • Nice-to-have: demonstrated leadership (volunteering, entrepreneurial ventures, community initiatives). • Nice-to-have: continuous learning via certifications (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SAP), podcasts, or coursework. • Nice-to-have: resilience and adaptability; history of overcoming challenges in fast-paced sales environments.
