📋 Description

• Deliver online and in-person training • Design and deliver services to schools, multi-academy trusts (MATs), and partners • Pitch training and consultancy appropriately to users and partners • Help users become confident in the required areas of Arbor MIS • Explain Arbor functionality, features, and best practices to customers • Deliver managed services, including new school-year setups, assessments, behaviour, and custom reports • Keep current with product updates, legislative changes, and new processes • Own and maintain training materials • Self-reflect and provide internal feedback on sessions and outstanding actions • Travel regularly to national client sites and Arbor offices as needed • Work with educational organisations to assess needs, optimise MIS use, and improve efficiency and educational outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Driving licence required • Relevant background in the education sector • Familiarity with school terminology and processes • Ability to understand and articulate technology to technical and non-technical users • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Positive approach to learning new things • Ability to troubleshoot potential issues and provide solutions • Experience with Arbor or other Management Information Systems desirable • Friendly, eager to help, and willing to get involved • Good sense of humour and ability to inspire others • Visa sponsorship is unavailable
