📋 Description

• Supervise and provide support for a team of Multi Line Risk Engineers. • Participate in the quality review process for reports including evaluating both Casualty and Property. • Conduct on-site and virtual/phone surveys to assess property and casualty risks. • Perform detailed assessments of operations, exposures, and control adequacy. • Summarize findings in internal reports with appropriate loss improvement recommendations. • Provide support and recommendations to underwriters, policyholders, and brokers. • Prepare and conduct presentations on emerging casualty topics. • Mentor risk engineers as one of the Casualty Subject Matter Experts.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a people leader. • Competency with NFPA, OSHA, and FM data sheets. • Competency with Microsoft suite tools and applications. • Strong communication skills for working with underwriters, policyholders, and brokers. • Solid time management skills. • Ability to evaluate sprinkler system adequacy and calculate loss expectancies. • Strong consultative skills and the ability to execute detailed service plans.
