📋 Description

• Supporting the Underwriting Operations group by performing quality assurance activities • Process optimization, evaluation and implementing automation, visualization, and data solutions • Gathering and preempting requirements from stakeholders • Designing appropriate mechanisms and working closely with stakeholders • Providing quality assurance, training, best practices, and solutions for process efficiency • Hands-on in the design and execution of the quality program • Documenting and analyzing quality findings and reporting out to managers and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in PowerBI and large/variable data sets • Experience in Project Management • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings • Process Improvement Mindset • Experience in Technologies including Power Automate • Prior Quality Assurance Experience • Insurance experience preferred
