📋 Description

• Delivering well-structured, efficient code in line with business requirements and proposed solutions • Building on foundational development skills • Contributing to the design and implementation of technical solutions • Following the company's coding and process standards • Participating in peer reviews and completing unit testing • Communicating actively around progress, blockers, and timelines • Owning end-to-end delivery of moderately complex features • Supporting juniors where appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent • IT-related qualification or relevant short courses • Comfortable working with C# and object-oriented programming principles • Good understanding of SQL and ability to work with relational data • Experience in unit testing, debugging and code review participation • Agile Methodology experience • 3+ years of hands-on development experience • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while contributing to team delivery • Clear and proactive communication skills • Retail systems experience (advantageous)
