📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end UX/UI for Archy’s comprehensive all-in-one dental platform. • Architect scalable design frameworks and systems that unify new features and modules. • Integrate AI tools into daily design processes for prototyping, user data analysis, wireframing, and copy generation. • Explore and champion emerging AI design technologies. • Partner with dentists and dental practices to conduct user research and translate problems into design solutions. • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers from ideation through implementation. • Proactively identify product friction points and define design strategies. • Apply creative problem-solving across business goals, engineering constraints, and human-centered design.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience. • Proven track record in fast-growing startup environments across B2C and B2B. • Experience ideally within FinTech, HealthTech, or highly complex SaaS platforms. • Compelling portfolio demonstrating successfully launched projects and strategic, conceptual, and high-fidelity creative thinking. • Experience conducting user research, mapping complex UX logic, and executing polished, efficient UI. • Proven experience creating, maintaining, and scaling a design system with lean, reusable components. • Extensive experience using AI and data tools for prototyping, product requirements, customer research, and analysis. • Advanced mastery of Figma, including UI handoff, design-system components, and advanced prototyping. • Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and development constraints. • Deep familiarity with accessibility best practices, including WCAG. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Self-starter with an ownership mindset who thrives in ambiguity and embraces a “do whatever it takes” attitude.
