📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and hold first-line managers accountable for their teams' performance • Oversee headcount planning and resource allocation for the department • Translate the company strategy for managers and hold them accountable for delivering results • Partner with Sales and Executives in pre-sales meetings, proposals, and strategic deals • Identify new service lines and account growth opportunities • Oversee delivery of the department's entire project portfolio, ensuring high standards of quality and service • Conduct strategic client meetings to assess performance, gather feedback, and continuously improve value delivered • Collaborate with the AI Director to co-create an AI strategy and translate AI advancements into practical efficiencies or offerings • Define the department's technical vision by establishing high-level standards, architectural principles, and an innovation roadmap • Engage in 1:1 conversations with managers, analyze departmental health and performance metrics, and act as final escalation point for critical client issues • Collaborate with other Directors to align strategies and resolve cross-functional dependencies

• Strategic leader capable of translating the company vision into tangible results • Experience developing and leading a team of managers • Ability to oversee headcount planning and resource allocation • Experience partnering with Sales and Executives in pre-sales meetings, proposals, and strategic deals • Ability to identify new service lines and account growth opportunities • Experience overseeing delivery of project portfolios and ensuring high standards of quality and service • Experience conducting strategic client meetings to assess performance and gather feedback • Experience collaborating with AI leadership to co-create an AI strategy and translate AI advancements into efficiencies or service offerings • Ability to define technical vision, establish high-level standards, architectural principles, and an innovation roadmap
