📋 Description

• Oversee and proactively review Client & Insurer Money controls through the risk management framework and online risk event portal • Coordinate quarterly control attestation processes with key stakeholders • Support implementation of new controls and enhancements to existing control processes • Maintain the CASS Risk Assessment, ensuring risks are identified, documented and linked to effective controls • Produce monthly client money reporting, management information and analytics • Maintain the central breach register and monitor CASS 5 and CASS 8 breaches • Build relationships with senior stakeholders, operational teams and external auditors • Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities • Support compliance with FCA Client Asset Sourcebook requirements and internal governance standards • Work with Operations, Risk & Compliance, Finance and Client Money Audit teams

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail • Analytical and investigative problem-solving abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Confidence working independently and collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders • Knowledge of CASS regulations, particularly CASS 5 and CASS 8 • Experience working within a regulated financial services environment • Previous experience within the insurance sector • Exposure to risk, controls, audit, compliance or client money functions • Relevant employment, address, credit history and standard criminal record checks prior to employment • Commitment to professional and respectful conduct and an inclusive workplace
