📋 Description
• Review and timely payment of incoming invoices • Preparatory bookkeeping • Preparation and processing of payroll • Communication with the tax advisor and, if necessary, authorities • Point of contact for the team on internal accounting and payroll questions • Maintenance and reconciliation of overtime and working hours • Support with organizational tasks (e.g., onboarding, document management)
🎯 Requirements
• Some experience in accounting, payroll, or a comparable administrative role • Structured, reliable, and self-driven working style • Good communication skills and team spirit • Experience with digital tools such as DATEV, Excel, or comparable software
