• Budget & Spend Management: Analyze, forecast, allocate, and track marketing budgets. Develop and maintain real-time reports to monitor spending against goals and KPIs. Oversee campaign creation, implementation, and performance tracking. Analyze campaign spend against KPIs to assess ROI and optimize strategies. • Copywriting: Produce SEO-optimized content for various platforms, including blogs, job board postings, ads, and web pages. Develop creative assets aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines. • Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM: Facilitate migration and transition processes. Act as a representative stakeholder for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM initiatives. Build, manage and report on Campaigns,
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • Proven experience in marketing operations, with a focus on budget management, vendor relationships, and process improvement. • Proficiency in business intelligence tools (Power BI, Google Analytics) and CRM systems (Salesforce). • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Copywriting experience with an understanding of SEO principles. • Project management experience is a plus.
