📋 Description
• Lead the design and implementation of custom AI solutions that extend and complement Arize AI's SaaS platform • Collaborate closely with client engineering teams, often embedded within their workflows, to build and optimize production AI systems • Define and monitor statistical metrics, KPIs, and heuristics to track model performance and business outcomes • Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges across diverse architectures and environments • Manage 3–4 concurrent client projects, balancing timelines, priorities, and executive-level communication • Partner with sales and product teams to scope new engagements, develop service packages, and define best practices for the professional services function
🎯 Requirements
• 2–5 years of hands-on software development experience, ideally in Python • Proven experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production • Strong understanding of AI architectures, orchestration frameworks, and deployment strategies • Deep familiarity with statistical metrics, performance evaluation, and data-driven experimentation • Comfort working across cloud platforms and containerized environments • Confident and empathetic communicator who can translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders • Skilled at managing multiple client relationships and deliverables simultaneously • Experience in fast-paced startup or consulting environments • Ability to spot and articulate new opportunities for client value and service expansion • Low ego, collaborative, and eager to solve hard problems • Comfortable navigating ambiguity while driving toward results • Must be based in the Buenos Aires area
