⢠Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers working across 2 product lines. ⢠Partner with Product and Design leadership to define strategy, goals, and roadmaps. ⢠Drive technical excellence through architecture decisions, code reviews, and best practices. ⢠Ensure on-time delivery of features while balancing quality, scalability, and speed. ⢠Collaborate with other engineering managers to align technical direction across all product lines. ⢠Play a key role in hiring, onboarding, and growing top engineering talent. ⢠Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
đŻ Requirements
⢠5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in engineering management. ⢠Experience leading teams that own multiple product areas or lines. ⢠Strong technical background with familiarity in modern web technologies (Rails, React, Node, or similar). ⢠Proven track record of shipping customer-facing products at scale. ⢠Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and design. ⢠Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
