📋 Description

• Own the full onboarding experience for migrating studios from kickoff through go-live. • Become a deep Arketa product expert and configure the platform to fit each studio's operations. • Train studio owners and staff on scheduling, memberships, payments, and day-to-day operations. • Lead data call preparation and data mapping calls; validate exported data and identify defects early. • Coordinate with the Migrations team on data cleaning while owning the partner relationship and review. • Manage standard Stripe and billing/autopay transitions. • Maintain accurate pipeline stages, dates, and call logs in HubSpot. • Respond to partner emails within 24 hours, Monday–Friday. • Escalate complex migrations to senior onboarders. • Surface product and process feedback to improve the partner experience. • Launch approximately 15–18 studios per month at steady state. • Collaborate with Migrations, Sales, and Support teams. • Report to the Onboarding Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer success, onboarding, implementation, or studio/software management • Ability to learn software quickly and become highly knowledgeable about a product • Ability to train non-technical studio owners and staff effectively • Strong relationship-building skills • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Strong organization and self-management while carrying a large active pipeline • Comfort with data calls, migration exports, spreadsheets, and data review • UK-based with full availability during UK business hours • Bonus: experience with fitness/wellness studio software such as Acuity, Glofox, Vagaro, or similar • Bonus: experience working behind the desk of a wellness business • Bonus: familiarity with Intercom, HubSpot, Notion, or similar tools • Bonus: comfort using AI-assisted tools • Required application responses regarding wellness, fitness/wellness business experience, spreadsheet/data confidence, and sponsorship needs
