📋 Description

• Build end-to-end AI workflows: model logic, APIs, and front-end experiences. • Use Python, Kotlin, and TypeScript across Spring, FastAPI, Vue, and React. • Prototype fast; ship what works; kill what doesn’t. • Work directly with the CTO & leadership to turn vague ideas into running systems. • Connect frontier models from providers like Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google to real business workflows. • Help decide how our AI stack evolves as the ecosystem shifts weekly.

🎯 Requirements

• You’ve shipped full-stack products, not just demos. • You can jump between TypeScript, Python, and Kotlin without blinking. • You know enough about LLMs, embeddings, or orchestration (Google ADK, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, etc.) to deliver value. • You care about UX and clarity — you want AI to *feel* right to the user. • You’re happiest when you can move fast and learn faster. • Nice to have: Experience building or breaking agentic systems, RAG pipelines, or AI copilots. • Familiarity with GCP, modern CI/CD, and pragmatic observability. • Curiosity about how risk and insurance actually work — not a requirement, but you’ll end up learning it either way.
