📋 Description

• Lead and inspire a team of Account Executives (AEs) and mentor Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to achieve and surpass direct sales goals • Manage and develop a team of up to 10 account executives to achieve and exceed sales targets • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to drive individual and team success • Implement and refine sales strategies, tools, and processes to maximize efficiency • Lead hiring efforts for team expansion in 2025, ensuring alignment with company goals • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and revenue growth • Analyze performance metrics and market trends to adjust strategies and achieve results

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing and coaching sales teams, including both AEs and BDRs • A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a leadership role • Strong hiring and talent development skills to build high-performing teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and collaboration • Expertise in sales strategies, pipeline management, and performance analytics • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment • A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do
