📋 Description

• Own Arrow’s strategy for Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power Platform within Microsoft’s AI Business Solutions category • Define how Arrow accelerates Business Central and Power Platform adoption and sales as a distributor • Act as Arrow’s point of contact with Microsoft and internal/external stakeholders • Build repeatable frameworks, initiatives, offers, playbooks and go-to-market motions • Drive adoption across country teams, regions and partners • Lead marketing campaigns to generate demand and pipeline • Define and run enablement for internal teams and the partner ecosystem • Create packaged services, ready-to-sell offers, motions and frameworks • Design and roll out Business Central implementation services, Power Platform discovery workshops, partner recruitment motions, migration and upgrade frameworks, and sales-acceleration offers

🎯 Requirements

• Solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and of how a value-added distributor operates (partner model, channel, incentives) • Working knowledge of the Microsoft AI Business Process portfolio: Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages) • Experience building go-to-market motions, sales enablement frameworks, or channel/partner programmes • Strong programme and project management, with ability to run multiple initiatives across many countries in parallel and follow them through to landing • Stakeholder management across an international organisation • Fluent English - 100% written and spoken • Organised and structured • Creative, able to design new motions, campaigns and frameworks from a blank page • Strategic yet hands-on • Autonomous, proactive and collaborative
