📋 Description

• Receive incidents and service requests via MS Teams, email and the ticketing system, including analyzing and resolving issues for our internal users in German • User management • Prioritize and classify requests in the ticketing system • Independently handle requests from intake to successful resolution for hardware and software issues • Escalate incidents or service requests to the appropriate teams and work closely with the admin team

🎯 Requirements

• Initial proven experience in IT support / IT helpdesk • Strong knowledge of PC hardware and communication technologies (notebooks, PCs, tablets, smartphones, printing systems, VoIP telephony, etc.) • Strong knowledge of and confident handling of Microsoft operating systems, MS Office, and Active Directory • High level of autonomy and ability to work in a team • Excellent written and spoken German skills
