📋 Description
• Conduct cutting-edge research to advance the capabilities of GenAI systems; design, implement, and evaluate novel approaches to improve GenAI models. • Work at the intersection of GenAI research and product development, taking research prototypes to production-ready systems. • Serve as subject matter expert in GenAI domains including data pipelines; training methodologies (pre/mid/post-training) and optimization techniques; reinforcement learning for GenAI; multimodal AI (text, image, audio, video); personalization; knowledge representation and retrieval. • Play a technical leadership role in designing, developing, and scaling novel algorithms and models. • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into products and maintain technological leadership. • Monitor and analyze emerging trends in generative AI and share research via publications at conferences and journals.
🎯 Requirements
• Education: PhD/MSc degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning (ML), or a related field. • Professional experience: 5+ years of experience as an AI researcher with a track record of applied research and/or product development. • GenAI experience: At least 2+ years should be on actively developing GenAI technologies. • Core technical skills: Experience developing tools, libraries, and infrastructure for data preprocessing, model training/finetuning, and deployment of LLMs in research and production environments. • Core technical skills: A strong background in parallel/distributed computing on the cloud. • Core technical skills: Machine learning, deep learning, probability theory and statistics, natural language processing, computer vision, data wrangling and preparation, model evaluation and interpretation. • Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborating on code repositories. • Preferred: Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Preferred: Proven track record of publications in top-tier conferences and journals. • Professional attributes: Problem solving; Collaboration and Communication; Critical Thinking; Curiosity and Continuous Learning; Emotional Intelligence and Intellectual Humility.
