📋 Description

• Lead the dealership from the front lines • Consistently work the sales desk and TO customers • Hire, train, and motivate all department managers • Assist sales managers with ensuring volume commitments to the manufacturer are met • Meet with managers individually to develop monthly and annual goals and objectives • Review actual performance against goals and objectives • Develop and maintain working relationships with lending institutions and manufacturer personnel • Communicate management policies and procedures to all team members • Build morale and motivate, reward, and train employees • Ensure the CIT list is resolved before deadlines • Lead by example and ensure company core values are reflected in behavior • Perform other duties as determined by management

🎯 Requirements

• Strong used car management skills required • Track record of developing leaders • Strong track record of superior results in a high volume dealership • Excellent CSI history • Must be willing to consistently work the sales desk and TO customers • Highly detailed, process-driven leadership and ability to hold staff accountable for results • Proven track record in the automotive retail industry as an automotive General Sales Manager, New Car Manager, Finance Director, and Used Car Manager • Strong asset management skills required • Experience as an automotive General Manager required • 7–10 years of automotive experience highly preferred • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
