📋 Description

• Work closely with pharma and clinical stakeholders to understand analytical requirements • Build and maintain scalable analytics solutions using Python/R, SQL, and Databricks • Analyse and interpret complex clinical trial and pharma datasets • Integrate and leverage clinical data sources such as DQS and Citeline • Deliver insights that support evidence based decision making across clinical and business teams • Support best practices in data quality, governance, and reproducibility • Act as a trusted analytics partner within multi-disciplinary client teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and/or R (essential) • Advanced SQL skills with experience querying and transforming complex datasets • Proven experience working with Databricks in production analytics environments • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large, complex data sets • Experience communicating insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Hands-on experience within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally supporting clinical trials, trial design and biostatistics • Strong understanding of clinical trial data sources, such as DQS, Citeline, or similar platforms • Experience working with Azure based data and analytics solutions • Familiarity with regulated data environments and high data quality standards • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills • Ability to balance technical delivery with business and domain context • Confident communicator, able to explain complex analytical outputs in a clear and compelling way • Collaborative and consultative approach to problem solving.
