📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the AOG logistics team, setting clear objectives and performance expectations. • Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to team members. • Ensure team readiness and availability to respond to AOG situations 24/7. • Develop and execute effective logistics strategies for AOG events. • Analyze and refine AOG response protocols to improve response time. • Manage end-to-end logistics for AOG parts, ensuring timely access. • Ensure all logistics activities comply with aviation industry regulations. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for AOG response times. • Identify, implement, and lead continuous improvement projects to streamline processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation logistics, supply chain management, or AOG operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. • Proven success in leading teams and managing large-scale logistics operations in high-pressure environments. • Extensive experience working with international suppliers and 3PLs in the aviation sector. • Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on team motivation and performance. • In-depth understanding of aviation industry regulations, compliance requirements, and aircraft maintenance operations. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering under pressure.
