📋 Description

• Lead an EMEA-based team of Implementation Specialists aligned to High Touch mid-market customers • Oversee delivery of segment-aligned implementation experiences • Ensure high-quality customer experiences at the beginning of their Ashby journey • Partner cross-functionally to support scoping and planning for prospective customers • Define implementation work and align stakeholders • Communicate project plans and deliver results against agreed expectations • Keep the team on track and ensure implementation milestones are met • Build and scale high-performing teams • Understand customer needs and tailor implementations • Maintain strong customer engagement and communication throughout implementation • Act as the customer’s proactive guide and advocate • Define and evolve EMEA implementation delivery using regional market understanding • Navigate enterprise stakeholders, competing priorities, evolving requirements, and change management • Proactively address thematic customer opportunities and improve processes • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations • Drive fast and predictable time-to-value • Ensure consistent, segment-appropriate implementation quality • Deliver enterprise-ready onboarding for upmarket customers • Enable effective transitions into Customer Success • Develop scalable processes that reduce manual effort while preserving quality

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience managing and executing implementation and onboarding projects • At least 4 years of experience owning implementations for a complex SaaS product • At least 4 years of experience managing an implementation team, including scoping new engagements and overseeing execution • Experience defining work, aligning stakeholders, communicating project plans, and delivering results • Ability to keep teams on track and ensure milestones are met • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first setting • Ability to travel less than 10% as needed for strategic customer engagements • Experience building and scaling high-performing teams • Ability to understand customer needs and tailor implementations to specific requirements • Experience operating in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities • Experience navigating change management processes at scale • Solid understanding of a complex product and its technical intricacies • Technical curiosity and creativity • Critical thinking and solutions orientation • Cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations • Data-driven approach using metrics and analytics to inform decisions and measure success
