📋 Description

• Oversee subcontractor execution across multiple job sites, ensuring work is performed in accordance with project drawings, scope, and AV standards. • Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. • Coordinate site logistics including material readiness, equipment availability, and installation sequencing. • Monitor project progress across multiple active sites, identifying risks, delays, or issues and taking corrective action as needed. • Prioritize site visits based on project needs, focusing attention on critical phases, coordination challenges, or issue resolution. • Ensure subcontractors have the information, materials, and direction needed to execute efficiently. • Hold subcontractors accountable to quality, safety, and schedule expectations. • Partner with Project Managers to align field execution with project schedules and milestones. • Support commissioning activities, system verification, and client training as needed. • Provide regular updates on site conditions, progress, and risks to project leadership. This role does not perform hands-on installation but is responsible for ensuring installation work is executed effectively by subcontracted field teams. • Continuously evaluate procurement processes and vendor performance to identify opportunities for improvement, cost savings, and increased operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of AV, low-voltage, or construction field experience • 2–5 years coordinating or managing subcontractors, field teams, or job site activities • Experience supporting or leading execution across multiple concurrent projects
