📋 Description

• Lead outbound acquisition strategy to generate qualified pipeline across all brands. • Manage and optimize paid campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, search, display) for reach and conversion. • Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting enterprise accounts. • Oversee SEO/AIO strategy and website optimization to increase traffic and conversions. • Design and test landing pages, offers, and nurture flows. • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure consistent and aligned messaging across campaigns. • Build reporting frameworks to measure ROI, lead quality, and overall performance. • Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and pipeline visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth, or performance marketing. • Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns focused on pipeline generation. • Strong understanding of ABM, inbound/outbound marketing, and funnel optimization. • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, AI tools, and marketing automation platforms. • Analytical mindset with strong skills in data interpretation and performance optimization. • Familiarity with the aviation industry or other regulated sectors is preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience working cross-functionally in a remote team.
