📋 Description

• Build for the future of hosted products and services • Operate and configure cloud-centric product and service offerings within KAM • Develop and enhance SaaS product offerings using well-architected principles focused on reliability, scalability, observability, and secure software delivery • Manage and continuously improve CI/CD platforms and build pipelines • Automate code build, testing, deployment, and wider software delivery processes in collaboration with security engineering teams • Implement and maintain infrastructure, virtual machine, and containerised-environment automation across multiple cloud solutions • Drive adoption of DevOps culture, practices, and automation across the organisation • Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to wider delivery roadmaps • Manage, maintain, improve, and automate operational runbooks and playbooks • Ensure efficient, reliable, and scalable platform operations

🎯 Requirements

• Strong, demonstrable experience with public cloud computing using Microsoft Azure • Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) beneficial for multi-cloud solutions • Skills in configuration management and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Terraform/OpenTofu knowledge required • Experience with Ansible, Pulumi, AWS CloudFormation, and Azure Bicep advantageous • Excellent knowledge of foundational infrastructure concepts including Virtual Machines, Serverless Compute, Networking, Storage, and Databases • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and code build/test automation • Experience with GitLab CI and/or GitHub Actions highly desirable • Scripting in PowerShell and/or Bash highly desirable • Ability to manage containerised workloads and orchestration technologies, including Azure Container Apps, AWS ECS, and Docker • Experience with Kubernetes and Helm desirable
