📋 Description

• Responsible for assessing, analyzing, and advising advisor clients on all business/practice management aspects • Responsible for managing client engagements in coordination with the consulting team • Design, direct, and develop business strategies and solutions to meet client needs • Enhance business growth through client base optimization, new client acquisition and Retention • Improve work performance and organizational communication • Define the company’s mission, goals, and objectives • Achieve customer satisfaction and customer loyalty • Conduct client on-site meetings, telephone conferences, and webinars according to Engagement Standards documentation • Provide ongoing assessment of client situation and progress • Perform and supervise complex research and analysis • Maintain excellent client relationships and deliver results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, with an advanced degree or financial designations, preferred • 5+ years of business consulting and practice management experience in the financial services industry
