📋 Description

• Identify relevant, authoritative websites and media opportunities for backlink acquisition • Conduct targeted outreach to secure editorial placements • Pursue opportunities through HARO/Qwoted, podcasts, guest posts, and similar channels • Build and manage relationships with relevant outlets and publishers • Manage opportunities from initial outreach through confirmed placement • Maintain an active pipeline of upcoming backlink and editorial opportunities • Track placements and referring-domain growth using Semrush • Monitor backlink quality and flag potentially spammy, low-authority, or paid-placement-heavy opportunities • Provide a concise weekly report covering placements landed, placements in progress, new referring domains, red flags or issues, and target outlets/sites for the following week • Secure genuine editorial placements, grow high-quality referring domains, maintain dofollow editorially relevant links, and contribute to Authority Score growth • Track AI search citations through monthly spot-checks of priority queries

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in backlink outreach, link building, digital PR, editorial outreach, or securing earned media placements • Experience pursuing placements through HARO/Qwoted, podcasts, guest posts, and similar editorial channels • Ability to identify relevant, authoritative websites and media opportunities • Ability to secure genuine editorial placements and high-quality referring domains • Ability to evaluate backlink quality and avoid spammy, low-authority, or paid-placement-heavy opportunities • Ability to manage an outreach pipeline from initial contact through confirmed placement • Results-driven approach focused on placement quality and measurable impact • Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, during Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours
