• Fully manage and triage Client’s email inbox(es) • Prioritize messages, flag urgent items, draft replies, and organize communications • Build and maintain labeling + filtering systems for email efficiency • Ensure Client only sees what’s necessary and that no message is missed • Proactively manage calendar across multiple businesses • Book meetings, calls, and reminders • Manage reschedules, confirmations, and follow-ups • Ensure Client is always prepared for upcoming meetings • Conduct basic online research (vendors, partners, companies, tools) • Prepare summaries, briefs, and recommendations as needed • Assist with light documentation and organizational admin tasks • Coordinate simple workflows and establish streamlined processes
