📋 Description
• Act as a project management assistant—organize and track multiple jobs across different agencies. • Maintain clear schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring all production milestones are met. • Organize priorities and delegate “what’s next” to the producer to help her stay focused. • Assist with calendar management, scheduling, and task tracking via Google Workspace. • Keep communication and updates organized across multiple clients and vendors. • Provide general executive assistant support, including inbox/calendar organization. • Proactively anticipate needs, identify gaps, and suggest solutions to improve workflow.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 3–4 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role. • Strong organizational and project management skills (ability to juggle multiple deadlines). • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets). • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). • Ability to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. • Proactive mindset—able to anticipate needs and keep projects on track. • Comfortable learning advertising/production terms and processes on the job.
