📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across all group entities (Airtek, Madido, Groupe JB, Gestion Immobilière Bisaillon). • Ensure accurate and timely month-end closes and intercompany reconciliations. • Coordinate with external accounting firms to ensure compliance and accuracy of all filings. • Prepare and consolidate weekly and monthly financial statements across the group. • Track performance against profitability and cash flow targets. • Provide variance analysis, insights, and recommendations to leadership. • Build and maintain dashboards for real-time financial visibility. • Implement and optimize accounting automations (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Dext, Shopify, etc.). • Develop more efficient workflows for accounts payable, receivable, and expense tracking. • Identify and roll out tools that reduce manual entry and improve accuracy. • Challenge assumptions and support financial decision-making with solid analysis. • Help define KPIs and reporting structures for different business units. • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles. • Assist with project- or product-level profitability tracking

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience, ideally in a multi-entity or entrepreneurial environment. • Proven experience with accounting automation tools (QuickBooks Online, Dext, or similar). • Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization skills. • Experience preparing financial statements and working with external accountants. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities across companies.
