📋 Description

• Process Ramp transactions and employee reimbursements, ensuring accurate coding and proper synchronization with the ERP system. • Process and review weekly invoices in Ramp. • Maintain and oversee the prepaid expenses schedule, ensuring accuracy in tracking and reporting including maintaining up to date software vendor tracking system. • Post payroll entries with correct allocations and ensure timely reconciliation. • Perform monthly bank reconciliations to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. • Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. • Post accounts receivable (AR) payments and reconcile outstanding balances. • Act as primary point of contact with third-party providers to ensure compliance with applicable US federal and state laws related to HR / labor as well as taxes. • Manage incoming mail and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Respond to payroll tax inquiries and collaborate with tax authorities to ensure compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 2-4 years of hands-on accounting experience • Comfortable working with ERP systems and expense management platforms (Ramp experience a plus) • Solid grasp of GAAP standards and core accounting practices • Exceptional eye for detail with strong organizational abilities • Skilled at juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment • Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal • Proactive, motivated, and eager to take initiative
