• Lead AI Design System Development (Elevate): evolve Elevate into a next-generation, AI-forward design system that integrates agnostic web components and provides developers with accessible, reusable code snippets. • Shape Foundational AI Experiences: drive design for ARIES (agentic workflows and chat interfaces) and MitraHQ (platform tools), ensuring usability, trust, and coherence across the ecosystem. • Scale Design Operations & Innovation: define processes that allow for rapid iteration, testing, and alignment with engineering while maintaining system integrity. • Deepen Customer-Centricity: lead customer research, CWGs (Customer Working Groups), and usability testing to ground design decisions in user needs and feedback.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in product and/or systems design, with at least 2 years at a principal or lead level. • Proven expertise in design systems, including governance, accessibility, and developer collaboration. • Strong background in designing AI-driven products, ideally with experience in conversational UIs, agentic workflows, or platform-level tooling. • Fluency in design-to-code workflows, with familiarity in web components, code snippet delivery, and developer handoff best practices. • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional alignment on complex, ambiguous initiatives. • Track record of integrating customer research into design decisions, including direct engagement with enterprise clients.
