📋 Description

• Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet new business premium and to meet and/or exceed assigned annual sales goals • Recruit, develop, and manage a network of distribution relationships, focused on National Account and Brokerage Insurance agencies • Work collaboratively with internal regional wholesaler to deliver exceptional service • Engage regularly with distribution • Serve as primary Company contact for top-producing distribution partners in the region • Conduct regular business reviews with key partners to assess production, service needs, and growth opportunities • Deliver product training to distribution partners on plan designs, positioning, and underwriting guidelines • Advise and support development of competitive case proposals • Share sales strategies and competitive insights to help distribution partners grow production • Work with administrative teams to identify opportunities to enhance service • Collaborate with marketing on programs and collateral materials • Provide input to product development on emerging market trends and competitive product in the individual insurance market • Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records of distribution relationships and activity • Deliver regular sales forecasts and regional performance reports to sales leadership • Monitor persistency/lapse trends and develop retention action plans as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Four to eight years of experience working in a carrier representative position with an insurance carrier • Professional oral and written communication and presentation skills required • Decision-making ability and analytical thinking skills required • Experience in public speaking • Consistent and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
