📋 Description

• Support the development, implementation and continual improvement of Information Management and BIM processes across the Euston and FNICAP projects • Create, maintain and improve project BIM and Information Management SharePoint sites • Administer and configure project Common Data Environments, including REBIM • Maintain project information structures, permissions and documentation repositories • Issue, manage and analyse BIM competency and training questionnaires • Identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted training programmes • Create and deliver BIM and Information Management training, workshops, presentations and user guides • Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams, suppliers and document controllers • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and produce monthly compliance and document health reporting • Analyse document quality, metadata completeness, delivery dates, overdue documentation, team and supplier performance, and Information Management maturity • Develop compliance trackers and monitoring tools • Conduct information assurance and housekeeping checks • Monitor compliance with document control and Information Management procedures • Verify naming conventions, metadata, revision management, status codes, approvals, workflows, filing structures, information delivery requirements, TIDPs and MIDPs • Record non-compliances, corrective actions and lessons learned • Maintain project models within OpenTree and associated information repositories • Manage superseded model versions and upload, organise and maintain approved model information • Support model coordination and coordinate clash detection processes where required • Monitor clash resolution activities and assist with model coordination issues • Maintain and update EIR, IPR, BEP, procedures, templates, guidance documents, responsibility matrices, TIDPs and MIDPs • Ensure documentation remains aligned with ISO 19650 standards and industry best practice • Identify process improvements, capture lessons learned and develop meaningful KPIs • Support project mobilisation and contribute to improved reporting, training, procedures and governance frameworks • Maintain and develop technical BIM and Information Management expertise • Undertake ongoing training in Revit, Solibri and Navisworks • Remain informed about ISO 19650, Information Management standards and industry best practice

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting BIM and Information Management activities on complex infrastructure, construction or engineering projects • Understanding of ISO 19650 Information Management principles and requirements • Experience working within Common Data Environments (CDEs) • Knowledge of document control processes and information governance • Experience developing reports, dashboards and performance metrics using Power BI • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience maintaining BIM and Information Management documentation • Ability to deliver training and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across project teams • Knowledge of clash detection and model coordination workflows • Experience working on rail, defence, infrastructure or major programme environments • Experience supporting TIDP and MIDP management • Familiarity with digital assurance and compliance auditing processes • Ongoing training in BIM and digital engineering software including Revit, Solibri and Navisworks • All applicants must as a minimum achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard • Higher National Security Vetting may require 5 to 10 years of continuous residency in the UK • Role is subject to security and export control restrictions, including restrictions based on nationality, previous nationalities and place of birth
