📋 Description

• Lead technical projects managing engineering interfaces, ensuring cohesive design integration, handling requirements, and supporting early-stage optioneering and design concept development • Coordinate the creation of operations concepts, functional and system architectures, requirement and compliance statements, and verification and validation planning • Conduct optioneering assessments and design risk assessments (safety and CDM) • Support integrated technical management: navigate technical and project risks, refine design configurations, and develop breakdown structures • Respond to technical queries and liaise with stakeholders and all disciplines for unified design coordination • Apply systems engineering best practices and develop MBSE approaches to streamline processes • Report progress on deliverables and provide strategic resource level recommendations to the Project Lead Engineer (Systems and Integration)

🎯 Requirements

• Must meet UK security clearance criteria • Coordinate creation of operations concepts, functional and system architectures, requirement and compliance statements, and verification and validation planning • Conduct optioneering assessments and design risk assessments (safety and CDM) • Support integrated technical management by navigating technical and project risks, refining design configurations, and developing breakdown structures • Respond promptly to technical queries and provide clarity and swift resolution • Liaise with all disciplines and stakeholders to achieve unified design coordination • Apply systems engineering best practices • Develop and propose Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approaches • Report progress on deliverables and provide strategic resource level recommendations to the Project Lead Engineer (Systems and Integration) • Experience managing engineering interfaces and supporting early-stage optioneering and design concept development
