📋 Description

• Design challenging, realistic finance tasks based on day-to-day professional work • Author scenarios, prompts, and supporting files such as financial statements, models, data extracts, term sheets, board or investment committee materials, and correspondence • Run tasks through frontier AI models and evaluate the resulting models, memos, analyses, or decks • Compare two model outputs using identical prompts and files and document differences • Write detailed grading rubrics covering assumptions, calculations, risks, recommendations, and pass/fail reasoning • Identify concrete failures including broken model logic, unsupported assumptions, misread financials, fabricated or ignored source files, unit and scaling errors, missed risks, and off-brief interpretations • Contribute across valuation and modeling, credit, FP&A, markets, treasury, and risk • Review and refine tasks created by other experts

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in corporate or investment finance preferred • In-progress bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, business, or a quantitative field • Depth in at least one finance domain, including equity or fixed income research, portfolio management or trading, corporate finance and FP&A, credit analysis and underwriting, investment banking, M&A or corporate development, treasury and liquidity, market, credit or liquidity risk, wealth management, insurance, actuarial, or underwriting • Working understanding of several adjacent finance domains • Practitioner-level experience building and auditing three-statement, DCF, comps, credit, or budget models • Hands-on individual-contributor experience, currently or recently performing the work personally • Full professional or native-level written and spoken English • Strong written communication and ability to explain complex professional reasoning clearly and concisely • Comfort with ambiguity and attention to detail • Ability to interpret and apply feedback independently • Ability to ramp quickly on unfamiliar work from written material and instructions • General familiarity with AI and LLM tools, including Claude or ChatGPT • Baseline technology literacy, including Google Workspace, browser profiles, desktop applications, Excel/Google Sheets conversion, and file compression • Availability for at least 10 hours per week, with no weekly maximum • Based in the United States, Canada, or the UK • CFA, CPA, FRM, or securities licenses are welcome but not required
