• Manage full-cycle recruiting for 3-5 open roles at a time • Source talent across Pakistan, Philippines, and India using LinkedIn Recruiter (license provided) • Screen, interview, and move candidates through each hiring step • Coordinate interviews across US/Asia time zones (5-6 hours US overlap) • Keep candidate records updated in ClickUp (our ATS) • Light and straightforward HR support: Onboarding and offboarding coordination • Maintain employee records and HR documents • Track PTO, attendance, and review schedules • Answer basic HR questions and route complex issues to leadership • Prepare simple HR status summaries
• 2.5 - 4+ years experience in recruiting or HR (combined experience acceptable) • Proven sourcing and screening experience in Pakistan, Philippines, or India • Strong English communication (written and verbal) • Hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing skills • Able to juggle multiple roles and deadlines independently • Comfortable working 5-6 hours overlapping US time (evening Pakistan time, around 6pm-12am PKT)
