• Lead, coach, and develop Regional Sales Directors and field sales teams nationwide. • Execute growth strategies focused on revenue, account penetration, customer retention, and share-of-wallet expansion. • Build a high-performing, customer-focused sales culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and technical credibility. • Partner closely with Operations, Estimating, Business Development, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to align growth objectives and execution. • Support strategic customer relationships, key account development, and complex sales opportunities. • Establish sales processes, performance metrics, forecasting discipline, and talent development programs. • Identify and develop new market opportunities while strengthening Astro Pak’s presence in existing markets.
• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related technical discipline preferred. • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including leadership of sales managers or distributed field sales teams. • Experience in technical, industrial, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or regulated service environments preferred. • Demonstrated success driving growth, developing sales talent, and managing strategic customer relationships. • Strong business acumen, technical sales aptitude, and cross-functional leadership skills. • Collaborative, servant-leadership mindset with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
