📋 Description

• Coordinate quality activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring outcomes align with established objectives. • Develop and apply comprehensive testing strategies that promote continuous improvement and ensure process efficiency. • Actively prioritize testing tasks and projects to optimize resource use and maximize results. • Mentor and guide team members. • Manage release planning and execution, ensuring all quality criteria are met before delivery. • Analyze test results and implement improvements based on collected feedback and metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in quality control and testing within software development environments. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and automated testing practices. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team. • Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields. • Advanced English (conversational level).
