• Lead and guide the bilingual customer service team; • Supervise the team's daily activities; • Identify development opportunities for team members; • Conduct training sessions, workshops and individual coaching; • Monitor the operation's KPIs; • Communicate strategies and share best practices implemented within the team; • Control PAID/ABS.
• POSITION EXCLUSIVE TO THE META MPS OPERATION; • Technical product knowledge required; • Must have been an Atento employee for at least 9 months; • At least currently enrolled in higher education (college/university); • Final score in the most recent Operational Performance Evaluation cycle equal to or greater than 100; • Preferred experience as an operations supervisor/team leader; • Familiarity with PDCA and 5W2H is desirable; • Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; • English level C1 required — there will be tests; • Preferably live near the Atento Nova São Paulo unit.
