📋 Description

• Product Vision Definition and Communication: Establish a clear product vision and communicate it to the development team and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. • Backlog and Roadmap Management with Feature Prioritization: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, defining features based on business value, technical feasibility, and user needs. • Project Planning and Execution: Create schedules, allocate resources, and develop detailed plans to deliver the project according to scope, on time, and within budget. • Stakeholder Management and Client Alignment: Maintain clear and continuous communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure expectations and requirements are understood and met. • Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams, promote collaboration, and ensure all members are aligned with the project and product objectives. • Progress and Quality Monitoring: Track project progress and product development, identify and resolve obstacles to maintain delivery quality and value. • Definition of Acceptance Criteria: Establish acceptance criteria for product features to ensure they meet quality standards and business objectives. • Risk and Contingency Management: Identify, mitigate, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle and product development, implementing contingency plans when necessary. • Data-Driven Analysis and Improvements: Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to guide decisions and implement improvements to the product and project processes. • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare status reports, KPIs, and milestone updates for senior management and stakeholders, providing transparency on project progress and product evolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in project management and digital product development • Certifications in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management (PMP) • Knowledge of project and backlog management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, among others • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple demands simultaneously • Proactivity, results orientation, and customer focus • Ability to adapt in dynamic, fast-changing environments • Analytical skills and the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing, or related fields • Knowledge of Atlassian Jira, technical education background, and proven experience.
