📋 Description

• Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for systems, processes, and integrations (manuals, workflows, procedures, and user guides). • Structure and manage technical knowledge repositories (wiki, Confluence, Notion, etc.). • Translate technical information into accessible content for different audiences (end users, business teams, and IT teams). • Plan and deliver technical and functional training on systems, tools, and internal processes. • Support process standardization and ensure adherence to the company's documentation standards. • Work closely with development, product, and support teams to identify knowledge gaps and propose solutions. • Monitor usage and update metrics for the knowledge base. • Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the technology team.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with documentation and knowledge management tools (Confluence, Jira, etc.). • Basic understanding of system architecture and API integrations. • Desirable: experience in video production (Runway or similar). • Desirable: knowledge of UX Writing and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). • Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN, Visio, Draw.io, or similar). • Ability to translate technical language into business language. • Proactive and collaborative mindset. • Focus on continuous learning and knowledge dissemination. • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
