📋 Description
• Build relationships with general contractors and subcontractors in the Great Plains Region • Identify new opportunities and present solutions utilizing Unistrut Construction’s design, engineering, fabrication, and installation services • Achieving sales targets, negotiating deals, and collaborating with the team to provide exceptional customer service and value • Own all areas of the sales cycle including establishing relationships and communicating value propositions • Conduct site walks as needed to confirm scope, logistics, and safety requirements • Maintain accurate documentation of all activity in CRM
🎯 Requirements
• 8-10 years of healthcare or data center construction experience in either sales, project management, or estimating roles • Enough technical aptitude to read blueprints and specifications • Experience supporting large-scale, technically complex commercial construction projects with multiple stakeholders • Ability and willingness to build out estimates and quotes • Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is a plus • Strong understanding of the general construction engineer bid tender process • Ability to travel 25-50% of time
