📋 Description

• Design and maintain compensation and benefits systems that support our ability to attract, retain, and motivate top talent globally • Serve as the internal point of contact for compensation, equity, and benefits programs, including company-wide variable compensation and commission plans • Maintain and evolve compensation bands by region, level, and function • Lead execution of global compensation cycles, including tooling, reviews, and communications • Partner with Talent Acquisition on offer structuring, leveling, and candidate comms • Manage equity guidelines, exception handling, and approvals in partnership with Legal and Finance • Support benefits consistency and simplification across India, UK, and EOR partners • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance and documentation integrity • Identify, scope, and implement improvements to core rewards systems and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or HR operations, ideally in a multi-country environment • Deep expertise in India compensation design, leveling, and regulatory context • Strong working knowledge of global benchmarking, equity administration, and benefits structuring • Proven experience running compensation programs or cycles in partnership with Finance, Legal, and Talent • Trusted communicator who can explain complex tradeoffs to stakeholders and guide offer or policy decisions • Data-savvy and tool-fluent. Confident using benchmarks, Google Sheets, dashboards, and AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance clarity and speed • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, async-first environment
