• Data is at the core of modern business, yet many teams struggle with its overwhelming volume and complexity. • As the world’s first active metadata platform, we help organisations transform data chaos into clarity and seamless collaboration. • We empower ambitious teams across industries to unlock the full potential of their data. • You will own multiple use cases at Atlan. • Your role will include defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, and features for our metadata applications, enabling seamless integration and usability for metadata workflows. • Develop a futuristic, scalable platform to elevate metadata management of enterprise data estate and streamline ecosystem-wide integration. • Lead the product roadmap for a cutting-edge workflow orchestration platform that seamlessly connects enterprise data estate with the Metadata Control Plane. • Strong ability to engage and support developer communities, drive product adoption, and gather valuable feedback to inform App framework development.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, particularly with platform or enterprise products. • Experience developing data integration products is a significant plus. • Strong technical background and understanding of metadata applications, adapters, APIs, data integration methodologies, and modern data stack tools. • Deep empathy for customers, with a track record of delivering solutions that improve onboarding, drive adoption, and create measurable value and impact. • Proven experience working with developer-facing products (external and internal) or similar. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Strong analytical and visualization skills, with a focus on user experience and interface design. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization.
