• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations management • Strong hands-on experience with GST, payroll, and Xero • Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple administrative priorities • Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Drive) • Experience in a Singapore-based or regional setup preferred • Excellent communication and time management skills • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • CPA or equivalent certification preferred
