📋 Description

• Architect and pilot client-facing advisory business • Design multi-agent systems that drive real ROI for clients • Hire and lead a specialized pod of 2–3 AI consultants • Develop and maintain proprietary Pattern Libraries for complex fund strategies • Design sophisticated system prompts and multi-agent workflows • Lead design sprints for C-suite stakeholders at $10B+ AUM funds • Create playbooks that empower engineering teams to sustain environments • Contribute to R&D on 'AI Defense' focusing on prompt safety and governance patterns

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience within a global consultancy (e.g., EY, Deloitte, Accenture, McKinsey, BCG) in a client-facing, engagement-leadership role • Daily practitioner of LLMs and orchestration frameworks • Speak the language of PMs, Research Analysts, and CCOs and understand the fundamental research process • Ability to demystify 'Retrieval Augmented Generation' for a non-technical COO while keeping the technical respect of a Principal Architect • Thrive in the 'N of 1' environment
