📋 Description

• Define and deliver the Digital Business Line’s technical vision and strategy • Drive the transformation agenda • Align client needs with business objectives and technology execution • Shape and deliver the transformation vision, integrating product lifecycle management and AI into the operating model • Coordinate execution with Global Business Line and geographic technology teams • Lead the evolution of engineering delivery from traditional SDLC to a product/service-oriented capability model • Act as a senior technical advisor to strategic clients • Position the Business Line as a leader in AI-enabled SDLC services • Provide technical leadership across bids and proposals • Partner with presales solutioning teams to support business development and integrate new service offers • Define and maintain enterprise technology strategy for SDLC and AI platforms • Establish architectural standards and governance for security, scalability, and consistency • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends and provide strategic recommendations • Lead and develop high-performing engineering teams and technical functions • Promote technical excellence, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration • Oversee technical delivery across major programmes • Lead gated approval processes across solution design, implementation, and deployment

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of AI and its application in transforming SDLC practices • Expert understanding of product lifecycle management and full-stack engineering • Ability to influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite and business line leadership • Eligibility for, or holding, UK Security Clearance (SC) • Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain SC clearance • Experience representing organisations at industry events, roundtables, and forums, and contributing to thought leadership • Ability to collaborate effectively with partners, suppliers, and SMEs to drive innovation and growth • A track record of fostering innovation through emerging technology • UK-based • National mobility required
