📋 Description
• Lead medium-sized client engagements and workstreams • Manage day-to-day delivery • Assess Business, Digital, or IT current operating environments and develop the case for change • Use data and insights to develop robust recommendations • Design and implement target operating models • Report to clients and facilitate workshops • Proactively manage client stakeholders • Support ongoing go-to-market and proposition development • Support business development
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in the consulting sector, at Manager-equivalent level in other consulting firms • Value proposition and strategic driver analysis • Operating model design • Organisational design • Value stream mapping and process redesign • Roadmap and business case development • Project and programme management using Agile and Waterfall approaches • Understanding of technology and AI trends and their effects on strategy and operating models • UK mobility with regular client-site engagement • Security clearance (SC / BPSS), or eligibility and willingness to obtain clearance
